Put 2-3 dried leaves of hibiscus into 1 cup of boiling water. Allow them to steep for 4-5 minutes and then add 1 teaspoon of honey or brown sugar according to your preference. Have 1-2 cups of a day. For best result, you can also add lemon juice to enhance the taste.


Hibiscus Hair Mask 

All you need for making hibiscus mask is dried hibiscus flowers with some leaves, coconut oil 1 cup, yogurt 2 tablespoons, aloe vera gel 2 tablespoons. Make fine paste. Apply this paste to your hair, leave it for 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. It strengthens hair, promotes growth and add shines. 

Hibiscus Infused Oil

Grind a handful of hibiscus leaves and flowers into a paste. Combine this paste with a carrier oil, such as coconut oil or olive oil and heat for a few minutes, until the oil infused with the hibiscus. Allow the oil to cool before straining it to remove any solid patches.


Hibiscus Tea Rinse

Boil half cup of dried hibiscus petals in 1.5 cup of water for 5 minutes. Once cooled, add 1 tsp glycerin, 1 tsp 1 tsp of olive oil and 5 drops of essential oils such as lavender or lime, mix well. Strain the petals and pour the mixture into a clean dry spray bottle. Use this rinse onto hair after conditioning hair.
