Say Bye-Bye to Wrinkles!!


As we age, our skin tends to lose its elasticity and moisture this process develop wrinkles on skin. Wrinkles are lines and creases that appear on skin and body. The early sign of aging usually starts at the age of 25-35. As we ag e these lines deepens. Some other factors of wrinkles are sun exposure, dehydration, smoking, stress etc. 
To be honest, wrinkles can be reduced but they may never completely go away. Here, we are presenting some remedies that may help prevent wrinkles.                                                      

Multani mitti / Fullers Earth Mask

Multani mitti or fullers earth is has magic of healing property. You can try a face mask by using this clay. For oily skin use fullers earth with rose water and for dry skin take some milk or milk cream and make paste. Use this pack regularly thrice in a week. It will give you magical effect.



Banana mask 

   Banana contains natural oils and vitamins that boost skin health. For making banana paste, mash a quarter of a banana until it becomes a smooth paste, put a thin layer of it on your skin. Allow it to sit for 15-20 minutes before rinsing it off with warm water.                                                                         


Gram flour as Face Wash

Soap harms our face and skin starts losing its moisture. For face wash we can use a perfect ancient remedy that is gram flour. We can use gram flour with yogurt or milk or rose water, make the paste and use it as face wash. Use it daily it will reduce wrinkles surely.


Coconut Oil

Research has proven that oily skin takes much longer time to get wrinkle as compared to dry skin. Hydrated skin from coconut oil is known to ward of wrinkles.


Aloe vera

Aloe vera has numerous magical healing properties. Applying aloe vera gel to the skin reduces the appearance of wrinkles and also adds collagen and hydrates the skin.


Consume Water and Stay Hydrated

Consuming water makes you hydrated and its good for skin that maintains moisture level of the body. Having proper moisture in the body may keep away wrinkles from your life.


Superfood

Superfoods are nutrient-dense foods that are believed to have health benefits beyond their basic nutritional value. Some superfoods are rich in antioxidants, vitamins. and minerals that can help combat wrinkles and promote healthier skin. Superfoods includes nuts and seeds like walnuts, almonds, flaxseeds, chia seeds etc, berries, avocado, leafy

Vitamin C                    
                                                                     Vitamin C is an antioxidant that helps create collagen in the skin. The rich source of vitamin C are citrus fruits and vegetables such as oranges, lemons, grapefruits, tangerines, kale, broccoli, red and yellow bell peppers etc.                          

   
Besides these wearing sunscreen, limited sugar intake, quit smoking, proper sleep, by adding antioxidant fruits and    vegetables in diet i.e. can also help prevent wrinkles.
