 In the last article we discussed about the health benefits of Hibiscus. Today we will talk about how magical hibiscus for skincare is. Hibiscus is power packed with minerals, vitamins and antioxidants that makes your skin look beautifully youthful and feel supple. 

let's take a round of following benefits of Hibiscus as a beauty product;

Skin Exfoliator


Hibiscus is considered to be great for naturally exfoliating and brightening the skin. The topical application of hibiscus helps in removing the dead cells and also catalyzing the new skin cells.

Keeps Hydrated the Skin

Hibiscus powder has high mucilage content and its property make hibiscus an impressive moisturizer for the skin. applying the part of hibiscus flower naturally hydrates the skin and making it moisturized healthy looking skin.

For acne I am providing you a remedy. try it. for it take 3-4 hibiscus flowers and add a spoon of lemon juice to it, mix well. Apply this on spot of acne and wash it off after 20 minutes. Use twice in a week for better results. 


 Skin Whitening 

For skin whitening you will need 2 spoons of gram flour, 1 spoon of yogurt or curd, 1 spoon of honey, and 3 spoons of hibiscus powder. Mix all these ingredients well and apply this mask for 20 minutes, rinse it with normal water. Do this twice a week for best result.

HIBISCUS FACE MASK

Take 2 tablespoons of hibiscus powder, add 1 tablespoon yogurt [for oily skin] or honey [for dry skin] in a small bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel and mix well. Apply this mask evenly to clean dry skin. Wait for 15-20 minutes and rinse it off with lukewarm water. For best results try twice or thrice in a week.

Avoid Hibiscus if you are allergic or sensitive to it. 

HOW TO MAKE HIBISCUS POWDER


To make Hibiscus powder you will need fully dried hibiscus flowers without stems. Then simply blend these flowers into fine powder.

Store it in airtight container. Keep it away from light and moisture.
