Yes, absolutely why not to discuss? If the eyes are so beautiful and healthy. Eyes help us to see and feel the world. But now a days in modern times, our lifestyle has changed so much that we give stress to our eyes from morning till night. Along with this, dust, soil and pollution harm our eyes. As a result, along with weakening of vision, there is also a lot of stress on the eyes. If the eyes are separated from us even for a moment, there will be darkness in our life. Therefore, it is our duty to take care of them. So today we have brought for you some tips related to eye care. Let's get started.

1 Reduce eye fatigue.

In today's modern times, we cannot even imagine life without mobile and computer. Continuously looking at mobile or computer screen causes eye fatigue. If possible, give rest to the eyes at some intervals.

2 Keep Your Eyes Clean

It is our duty to keep our eyes clean. Do not touch eyes with hands again and again. There is a risk of eye infection due to the germs on our hands.

3 Regular Eye Checkups 

You must get your eyes checked once or twice a year. Sometimes we do not even realize, we already have number of spec on our eyes. Even if you have migraine or headache, you should get your eyes checked. Reasons for wearing glasses include migraine or headache.


4 Do wear spectacles

Sometimes some people feel shy in wearing glasses. And by not wearing glasses, they play with the health of the eyes. If you do not wear spectacles even after getting them, then the number of your spectacles can increase due to which there is a risk of losing your eyesight later on.


5. Right diet is important.

To maintain eye health, use green vegetables, fruits, eggs, dairy products, dry fruits which contain Vitamin A, C, E and Zinc in your diet. These foods are extremely beneficial for eye health.

6 Eye protection.                                                       

Protect your eyes from the direct rays of sun. If you have to go out, be sure to use sunglasses. With this your eyes can be protected from UV rays.

7 Eye exercises and exercises.

Do exercise to give rest to the eyes. Pranayama like Shirshasana, Bhramari etc. for the eyes and for eye exercises, open and close the eyes, slowly rotate them clockwise and anti-clockwise etc. These are beneficial for the eyes.

8 Sometimes crying is necessary.

Sometimes crying is also beneficial for eye health. This purifies the mind as well as the eyes.

 9 Sleep is very important for the health eyes. Eyes get rest after getting 7-8 hours of sleep.


10. After waking up in the morning, keep lukewarm water in the mouth and sprinkle cold water onto the eyes, which provides relief to the eyes.

Eyes are a gift given by God. Only those who do not have it know its importance. Therefore, it is our utmost duty to take care of our eyes and take care of them.
